We are proud to announce we have won the 2019 Caterer of the Year from

International Caterers Association on Monday February 25th, 2019 in New Orleans.

Charlie and Kathleen Schaffer attended the 2019 Catersource conference in New Orleans February 24, 2019. Thousands of attendees gathered from around the world to discuss and share a variety of topics related to catering and events. Seminars, panel discussions, demos and lectures were held throughout the convention center along with a trade show highlighting the latest in food service, technology and production. On Monday February 25th the annual Catie Awards gala was held in the grand ballroom. Celebrity Chef Curtis Stone prepared a beautiful meal of Hiramasa Kingfish Crudo, Royal Dutch Veal with Turnips and Madiera and Caramelized White Chocolate Cremeux for dessert. A well-deserved lifetime achievement award was given to catering mogul Lee Epting of Athens, GA from Epting Events. Schaffer took home the big prize for the night as their team back in Los Angeles held down the fort. A great after party hosted by NACE was held at the Sugar Mill. Tequila flowed and dancing ensued, it was a perfect night to celebrate the 10 years we have been in business.
